Therapy That Understands You

Serving South Asian and BIPOC individuals / couples virtually across Canada

Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stuck? Maybe something just doesn’t feel right? I help people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship struggles, with culturally sensitive care that takes into account your full background, including things others may miss.

About Me

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world. I know what it's like to perform at a high level while quietly struggling underneath and I understand the particular pressures that come with holding multiple identities at once: professional, cultural, familial.

Whether you are an individual seeking relief and clarity, or a couple hoping to reconnect and grow together, I am committed to supporting you with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Together, we can build healthier ways of coping, foster self-understanding, and move toward a greater sense of hope and possibility for the future. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to work with you.

My Approach

I take a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy, I want to find what will work for you, specifically. I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), somatic, and person-centred techniques, all through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. I honour your unique experiences and identities, and I strive to create a space that respects your values, background, and story. I also bring lived experience navigating systems of oppression and balancing complex roles, along with many years of business and corporate experience. This helps me deeply understand the pressures, expectations, and stresses that come with high-performance environments and life transitions.
